    Talisman

    • Own the product end to end across discovery, delivery, and iteration for a B2B SaaS platform, scaling to 2M+ transactions across 200+ businesses and standing up the team’s product practice (PR/FAQs, PRDs, OKRs, release acceptance criteria).
    • Launched the first product in 2024 to #2 Product of the Day and #1 SaaS Product of the Week on Product Hunt and This Week in Fintech’s Best New Startup of the Year; the product and site also won Awwwards and three CSS Design Awards.
    • Drove the activation fix that lifted onboarding completion from near zero to roughly 80%.
    • Identified accountants as the higher-value customer through discovery with 100+ firms, then shipped the accountant product that anchored a $700K raise and reached $113K in ARR with zero churn in its first four months.

    • Owned a $1B+ book across 10+ independent pharmacy and group purchasing accounts in a regulated healthcare environment.
    • Ran monthly and quarterly business reviews, re-pricing underperforming accounts to protect margin.
    • Owned contract renewals end to end with pricing, operations, and legal.

    Strategic Pricing Analyst

    • Co-led a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project that delivered a $14M working-capital improvement, confirmed by post-implementation reporting.
    • Built and automated the leadership spend dashboard in Tableau on SQL, replacing a monthly manual report.
    • Configured specialty pricing in SAP and authored SOPs to scale adoption.
