  1. May 2022 – Present

    Co-Founder & Product Manager

    Talisman

    • Owned the product end to end, from discovery and roadmap through launch and iteration, for an enterprise B2B workflow automation platform that processed 2M+ transactions across 200+ businesses, and stood up the team’s product practice (PR/FAQs, PRDs, OKRs, release acceptance criteria).
    • Rebuilt onboarding after user interviews, taking completion from effectively 0% to roughly 80% by reworking the empty state so new users reached a first meaningful action quickly.
    • Launched on Product Hunt to #2 Product of the Day and #1 SaaS Product of the Week and won This Week in Fintech’s Startup of the Year (2024), converting 78 new customers in the first days; the product and site also won Awwwards and three CSS Design Awards.
    • Interviewed 100+ accounting firms, spotted the higher-value segment, and led the pivot that reached $113K ARR with zero churn in its first four months, anchoring a $700K raise.
    • Hired and managed the product and engineering team, ran backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and cut grooming from 3–4 hours weekly to 30–60 minutes with an AI assistant built on the team’s ticket SOPs.

    Account Manager

    • Managed 10+ enterprise pharmacy and GPO-affiliated accounts representing roughly $1B in annual purchasing volume, and reported portfolio performance to executives.
    • Ran monthly and quarterly business reviews, re-pricing underperforming accounts to protect margin.
    • Transitioned 3 GPO account relationships between internal departments with zero disruption, mapping every contract term and open issue before handoff.
    • Owned contract renewals end to end with pricing, operations, and legal.

  3. Aug 2018 – Dec 2019

    Strategic Pricing Analyst

    McKesson Corporation

    • Co-led a cross-functional Lean Six Sigma Green Belt initiative that cut a 180+ day contract backlog from roughly 557 to 52 items in 5 months, unlocking $14M in working capital, confirmed by post-implementation reporting.
    • Built automated Tableau dashboards on SQL for pricing analysis across 500+ tables, including the leadership spend dashboard that replaced a monthly manual report, delivering 100+ pricing tables in under 10 months.
    • Wrote 5+ SOPs on core pricing processes, including specialty pricing configuration in SAP, and drove improvements across 3 business units.

  4. Jan 2017 – Aug 2018

    Master Data Coordinator

    McKesson Corporation

    • Owned SAP master data governance, partnering with risk and compliance to enforce controls, and processed 2,000+ customer maintenance cases per month across sales, distribution center operations, and other stakeholders.
    • Wrote 15+ SOPs used to train new team members and enable automation of manual internal workflows.
